Just Like Daddy

Shane’s old razor broke so now Ethan uses it to practice shaving.

I used paper from a pack I received from Oriental Trading.  Each strip is attached on the left side with either a stitch or brad.  This page too forever to put together but I like how it turned out.

Family Pictures

We have a tradition to take birthday pictures.  My mom started it when I was born.  Now Ethan and Shane get to be in birthday pictures and they are still birthday pictures.  Shane’s birthday is shortly after mine in January and Ethan’s half-birthday in at the end of December.

I really wanted Sunflower Sparkle Perfect Pearls Mists for the gold on the letters.  I couldn’t find that any where close so I bought Perfect Pearls powder.  Not quite the look I was going for but it was fun to play with a new product.

The letters are cut from Calligraphy Collection Cricut cartridge.

Mr. Attitude

Ethan always had extra attitude when he wore this combination last year.

The truck was cut from Create a Critter.

This is one of my favorite pictures with my new camera.  Ethan received a sled for Christmas and we took it out in the backyard the day after Christmas.

When Ethan was done sledding, Shane taught him how to make snowballs.

I used the punch all over the page snowflake punch my Martha Stewart.

Christmas Day

I have liked the look of layered pages lately.  I went to town using a bunch of paper from a seasonal paper stack at Hobby Lobby.  I made five pages the exact same background and the pictures changed for all the pictures of Christmas morning.

Pumpkin Pancakes

Ethan received a pumpkin pancake mix from his aunt for Christmas breakfast.  We already have  Christmas breakfast tradition so this is breakfast for Christmas Eve.

I saved the package the mix came in.  A bit of the wrapping paper is framing one picture.  I like saving a bit of the wrapping paper, especially since it isn’t used as much anymore.

Living Lights

I love Create a Critter.  I use it on a lot of layouts.  I like the extras it comes with like these lights.
